The best part were the pleasant staff. I ate at a nice restaurant with good choices of food for every taste. The beds with down pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent, I had 2 restful nights here.
As for me, the area was a bit disappointing.

The Doubletree By Hilton offered an excellent experience with a spacious, well-designed room and high-quality Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. The staff were great. The restaurant provided a diverse menu, accommodating dietary restrictions without difficulty. The Nordic spa was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of work.
Some outdoor amenities were out of service .

We enjoyed the chef-driven gourmet cuisine on the outdoor terrace, soaking in the very nice views of the golf course. Our spacious room accommodated our family perfectly, and the kids loved the delicious cookies at check-in. The staff's friendliness.
In my wife's opinion, the pool area could use more kid-friendly features. The current setup isn't ideal for families.

That they have a shuttle that takes you and brings you to old Quebec.. Very good hotel restaurant.
A little maintenance was missing, the bathroom door wouldn't close.

The stay was quite decent overall. I loved the comfortable king-sized bed and the spacious shower area in the room. The hotel is conveniently located, which was a highlight of our trip. I was disappointed with the lack of daily cleaning service during our stay and the pool facilities could use some attention.

The Spa manager kept yelling at the children to calm down when they are at the swimming pool. She is expecting the children to play without noise!!!!

The pool situation was quite disappointing, as what appeared to be a hot tub was out of order, and the actual pool felt more like a cold dip pool. The sauna had lighting issues on one side was great, while the jets in the hot tub felt less than clean, with dead flies floating around. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, forcing frequent adjustments, made sleeping uncomfortable.

Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Shuttle bus was super organized. Staff was extremely friendly. Would book again immediately.
There's nothing to complain about.
